Fintech Academy (FTA), Dai Nam University was established in August 2024 with the mission of pioneering the training and development of high-quality Fintech talent in Vietnam. The Academy aims to raise public awareness of financial technology while focusing on educating a generation of professionals equipped with solid knowledge, modern skills, and strong professional ethics to meet the evolving needs of the Fintech sector.
Through specialized training programs, applied research, and both domestic and international collaborations, the Fintech Academy is contributing to building a safe and sustainable Fintech ecosystem, fostering innovation, and mitigating risks in the digital era.
Training program
With the motto “Wholeheartedly for learners” and the implementation of a flipped classroom model, more than 50% of the program is dedicated to hands-on practice. The curriculum is designed by a team of highly experienced lecturers and industry experts.

Proud to be the first educational institution in Vietnam to organize three international FinTech conferences from 2023 to 2025, with the participation of leading experts and researchers from both Vietnam and abroad.

Undergraduate Training
Fintech Academy offers a Bachelor’s Program in Financial Technology, integrating knowledge in finance – banking with modern technology. Designed as a three – year program with more than 50% of the curriculum devoted to hands-on practice, the program equips students not only with fundamental theories in finance and banking but also with exposure to cutting – edge technologies such as AI, Big Data, and Blockchain.
Upon graduation, students are fully prepared to enter Vietnam’s increasingly competitive job market, where financial institutions are reducing traditional manpower while seeking professionals who possess both strong financial expertise and technological proficiency.
Postgraduate program
Fintech Academy offers a Master’s Program in Finance and Banking with a specialization in Fintech – a pioneering program in Vietnam that integrates modern financial and banking management with digital technologies.
This program is designed for individuals aspiring to advance into managerial or senior expert positions in the finance – banking sector, including roles at international financial centers. Learners are equipped with strategic thinking, research capability, and technological application skills to address complex real-world challenges.
