Development plan
Phase 2025 – 2026
• Intensify communication and student recruitment activities for long-term formal education programs, with the objective of increasing enrollment in the 2026 – 2027 academic year;
• Strengthen recruitment and implementation of short-term Fintech training programs, increasing the number of short-term learners in 2025 and 2026;
• Organize annual domestic and international scientific conferences and workshops;
• Expand international cooperation and industry partnerships in the Fintech sector to support training activities, student internships, practical exposure and employment opportunities upon graduation;
• Develop and implement a proposal for enrollment in a second major specialization in Fintech;
• Develop a proposal for postgraduate enrollment and training programs in Fintech;
• Participate in competitive bidding and implementation of Fintech-related scientific research projects.
Phase 2026 – 2030
• Expand long-term formal education programs with a larger student intake, including a second major specialization in Fintech;
• Conduct accreditation and quality assurance for long-term formal education programs;
• Continue recruitment and delivery of short-term Fintech training programs, with a steady annual increase in the number of learners;
• Implement postgraduate (Master’s-level) training programs in Fintech;
• Develop and implement postgraduate certificate programs;
• Further strengthen international cooperation and industry linkages in the Fintech sector to support training activities, student internships, practical experience, and graduate employment;
• Organize annual scientific conferences and workshops;
• Continue to participate in competitive bidding and implementation of Fintech-related scientific research projects;
• Complete 5-10 university-level scientific research projects and 5-10 ministry-level scientific research projects.
