Organizational structure of FTA

Fintech Academy (FTA) of Dai Nam University is an education and scientific research unit equivalent to a faculty, operating under Dai Nam University. 

FTA consists of three main divisions:
(1) Long-term Formal Education Programs;
(2) Fintech Development and Innovation Center (DNU-FIDIC);
(3) DNU Fintech Lab.

• The Academy’s long-term formal education programs are responsible for designing and implementing the following activities:
(i) undergraduate education in Fintech (including full-time programs, joint programs, articulation programs, second-degree programs, and distance learning);
(ii) postgraduate education (MBA in Fintech, Smart Business Management, Mini MBA, MBC);
(iii) other long-term training programs as approved by Dai Nam University.

• Fintech Development and Innovation Center (DNU-FIDIC) is responsible for developing and implementing short-term training and professional development activities, including:
(i) Fintech training for lecturers and instructors;
(ii) Training programs for staff and specialists working in commercial banks and technology companies;
(iii) Training for business managers and public-sector administrators;
(iv) Short-term Fintech training for other learner groups with relevant needs;
(v) Conducting and organizing scientific research activities;
(vi) Organizing domestic and international scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops;
(vii) Providing consultancy services in Financial Technology (Fintech).

• DNU Fintech Lab is designed to better prepare students to meet the demands of the Fintech industry. The Lab supports students in learning, hands-on experience, and experimentation with technologies related to financial transactions and operations, such as blockchain technology, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields. These activities enhance students’ employability and readiness to access job opportunities and professional roles upon graduation.
