Human resources structure of FTA

Fintech Academy (FTA) of Dai Nam University is staffed with the following personnel:

• One Director of the Academy, concurrently serving as Director of the DNU-FIDIC Center;

• One Vice Director of the Academy, in charge of long-term formal education programs;

• One Deputy Director of the DNU-FIDIC Center;

• Nine full-time lecturers responsible for teaching Fintech-related courses;

• One Senior Advisory Expert, responsible for coordinating and developing training programs, academic partnerships, and international cooperation;

• One Information Technology Specialist, in charge of the DNU Fintech Lab;

• Two administrative staff members, including one academic affairs officer and one Office Assistant of the Academy.

Appointment and Recruitment

The Director of the Academy, concurrently serving as Director of the DNU-FIDIC Center is appointed by Dai Nam University.

The Vice Director of FTA, the Deputy Director of the DNU-FIDIC Center, lecturers, and other members of FTA are recruited and appointed by Dai Nam University based on the proposal and recommendation of the Director of the Academy.
